Consulting a psychologist is a step in a very personal process that reflects a complex personal history and the will to go forward. My consultations are structured as a collaboration based on mutual active and genuine listening.
Active listening and respectful sharing
The terms and conditions of consultations (length and schedule of sessions, technology used, fees, etc.) are defined during an initial interview, and may of course change over the course of the sessions.
I adapt my practice to the specific situation of each Client.

My practice reflects my theoretical references, which are as multiple as our problems and life paths!
In particular, I apply the approaches of Cognitive and Systemic Psychology and the principles of the person-centered care and Cultural Psychology.
I practice remote consultations by telephone and video since 2001.
